Your expertise in software development and engineering will be instrumental in designing and developing high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of software solutions that meet customer requirements and uphold high standards of reliability, security, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems and conduct complex analysis.
  • Develop and implement monitoring instrumentation into applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and support production systems when required, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our software development processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a software professional with solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, networking, parallel and distributed computing.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes.
  • 3+ years of experience in cloud implementations, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Expertise in Java or Scala programming language, with experience in developing software components using Spring framework and Spring Boot framework.
  • Experience with databases, SQL programming, and NoSQL databases, including DynamoDB and Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with Python, Maven, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development and Agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in learning and adopting new technologies and applying them to execute business problem-solving use cases.
  • Thorough understanding of fundamental software engineering and computer science principles, including object-oriented development, microservices, data access layer management, usability, debugging, and configuration management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in Master Data Management or Record Linkage domain.
  • Experience developing SPA applications with a solid grasp in one or more relevant front-end frameworks, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience building streaming solutions using Kafka.
  • Experience with Apache Spark.
  • Understanding of statistics and probability, with some experience with machine learning algorithms.
