Job Title: Senior Java Software Engineer Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Software Engineer Leader to lead our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Java technologies and frameworks, along with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring, and JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring framework, and JavaScript.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java Collections, Multithreading, and concurrency concepts.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
