Job Description

The Sr. Program Manager, Workforce Management will play a critical role in reducing gaps between demand and supply for programs by managing trade-offs between customer experience/service levels, employee experience, and cost effectiveness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building WW short-term planning/WFM team framework
  • Creating short-term execution plans for business by managing trade-offs between Customer Experience/Service Levels, Employee Experience, and Cost Effectiveness
  • Mitigating capacity risks by managing dependencies across multiple operating units
  • Managing the analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of GSRCs performance via Key Performance Indicators
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and SQL skills
