Senior IC Design Engineer Role

We seek an experienced Senior IC Design Engineer to lead our CPU physical design team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in high-speed core development, synthesis, and constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-speed cores, including CPUs, GPUs, and DDRs
  • Collaborate with RTL designers for optimizations and feedback
  • Ensure in-depth knowledge of silicon margins, voltage trade-off, power, and area impact
  • Develop floorplanning strategies for multi-core, L2 & L3 designs and power planning all the way to Bumps
  • Implement critical paths, pipelining, latency, and super buffer techniques
  • Low power implementation knowledge is highly desirable
