Job Title: Cyber Security Manager

Join Royal Enfield as a Cyber Security Manager and take on the challenge of designing, building, testing, and implementing security systems within our IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a Zero Trust Framework by reviewing our current IT and cyber security landscape, validating our cyber security roadmap, and making necessary changes.
  • Evaluate, compare, finalize, and implement necessary tools, technologies, and processes inline with the Zero Trust framework.
  • Assess and enhance our Network Admission Control, Privileged Access Management, and Identity & Access Management.
  • Implement cloud security controls and review our Operational Technology landscape to implement necessary tools and technologies for OT Security.
  • Evaluate SIEM tools and managed SOC offerings, prepare a comparative analysis, and make informed decisions.
  • Get ISO 27001 certification for the organization by assessing current policies and procedures, conducting gap assessments, revising policies, and performing internal audits.
  • Manage Cyber Security Operations by getting regular vulnerability analysis and risk assessments, remediating security issues, evaluating available solutions, analyzing application and infrastructure architecture, and managing outsourced cyber security operations.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies and checklists, manage endpoint protection and endpoint detection and remediation, and define and document security incident management processes.
  • Track emerging security practices and standards, raise employee awareness about cyber security, and provide regular reporting and dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience in information security and/or IT risk management, with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
  • Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, business acumen, and a commercial outlook.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders.
Education:

Bachelor of Engineering / Technology - Computer Science/Information Technology.
