Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in Litigation. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents
  • Conduct research and prepare case notes, opinions, and briefs
  • Appear before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities
  • Assist in strategy formulation and case preparation
  • Liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress
  • Ensure compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams for case-related support and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong drafting and research skills
  • Knowledge of civil and commercial litigation procedures
  • Effective communication and client-handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail with sound problem-solving ability
Preferred Candidate
  • Law graduate with 1–3 years of relevant litigation experience
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council
  • Prior exposure to civil, commercial, or regulatory litigation preferred
