Visual Storyteller Wanted

We're seeking an experienced Visual Storyteller to join our team. As a key member of our design crew, you'll be responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling visual stories that drive results.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for layout and typography, and can bring creative ideas to life without relying on templates. With your expertise in visual design, you'll collaborate with copywriters and marketers to create strong visual layouts that resonate with our audience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing mobile-first, conversion-focused email campaigns and paid ads for e-commerce brands
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop reusable components and Figma templates for efficient execution
  • Staying up-to-date on design trends, best practices in email/ads, and what's working in the direct-to-consumer space

Requirements include:

  • 2–8 years of experience in visual design, preferably for e-commerce brands
  • Proficiency in Figma is essential
  • Strong understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and color
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and deliver high-quality work quickly
  • Bonus: Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar ESPs
