Strategic Leadership Position

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our organisational growth and spearhead strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective strategies, drive them towards execution and facilitate the strategic review process with senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough research on economic, behavioural, technological and industry trends, analyse and interpret data to inform executive decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in implementation and evaluation of strategic planning processes, steer performance tracking and reporting of initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams, supplement the development of aligned business plans and deliver on strategic projects.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment with group strategy and share best practices between businesses.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must have an MBA or CA qualification, with a minimum of 7-8 years' experience in financial services/insurance strategy.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating teams to achieve unified goals.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, facilitating clear information exchange and instructions to junior management teams.
  • Collaborate across the organisation, supporting individualised strategy formulation for various projects.
  • Excel in financial analysis and modelling, performing complex analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
