UI/UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a forward-thinking UI/UX designer to join our organization.

This role combines user experience strategy, design expertise, and AI-augmented workflows to deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences.

You will leverage AI and coding tools to accelerate prototyping and iteration, while applying design taste and judgment to ensure outcomes are curated, human-centered, and aligned with brand principles.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction and deliver seamless user journeys across platforms.

  • Lead or contribute to the end-to-end design process: research > ideation > prototyping > UI delivery, using AI where it adds efficiency.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups — with AI tools accelerating initial drafts, and design judgment refining the final polish.
  • Experiment with coding tools to rapidly generate and test variations, while ensuring outputs are not generic.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing; use AI-assisted analysis to speed up synthesis of insights.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.
  • Maintain consistency through scalable design systems; contribute reusable components.
  • For senior candidates: mentor juniors, establish best practices for AI-enhanced workflows, and influence product strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • Senior-level: 5–8+ years leading design projects with visible impact.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) plus comfort with AI/coding tools.
  • Visual design mastery (typography, layout, color, motion) combined with interaction design depth.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • For senior candidates: proven ability to mentor peers, scale design systems, and champion AI-enhanced design practices.
