Job Title: Space Planner and Designer

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled individual to join our growing team as a Space Planner and Designer. This role involves conceptualizing and developing innovative interior designs and layouts that align with client vision and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning: Develop effective spatial plans, working closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Design Development: Create detailed design concepts, incorporating technical knowledge of architectural principles and building systems.
  • AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate 2D and 3D plans, drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD software.
  • Design Detailing & Material Selection: Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxury interiors, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Project Supervision & Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely project delivery and quality execution.
  • Client Interaction: Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly, serving as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is beneficial.
  • Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
  • Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate effectively across disciplines.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills.
