Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and team collaboration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Developing and managing sales pipelines to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Leading proposal creation and presentation to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction through effective project management and coordination.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in B2B IT sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions in simple, client-friendly language.

  • Experience interacting with enterprise clients and top-level management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market developments.
