Java Developer for Cloud and Microservices

We are seeking a skilled Java developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend services and applications using Java and the Spring framework.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for architecting and implementing solutions on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and others to build resilient and cost-effective applications.

In addition, the successful candidate will develop and manage applications based on a microservices architecture, ensuring they are independent, scalable, and fault-tolerant.

This role involves working with Agile methodologies, collaborating effectively with product managers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality features on time.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development
  • Strong proficiency in Java and hands-on experience with the Spring framework (Spring Boot is a must)
  • Proven experience in building and deploying applications on AWS
  • A solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
  • Extensive experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
  • Experience with Docker for containerization
  • SQL: Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
