Program Management Expert

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains, including supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for multiple projects of varying size and complexity across IT and non-IT functions.
  • Establish and maintain effective program governance processes, including defining methodologies and creating templates.
  • Design and implement the Knowledge Management System (KMS) to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Monitor progress, prepare and present MIS reports to leadership, and travel as required to support program needs.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree with proven experience in program/project management.
  • Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent MIS reporting and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
  • Track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
