Job Summary

Sprouts.AI is a leading AI native Generative Demand Platform disrupting the B2B GTM category.

  • We help B2B demand gen and sales teams generate qualified pipeline and increase deal conversion rates with real-time account and contact level intelligence signals.
  • Our platform recommends next best action and execution via AI agents.

The challenge is inefficient GTM driven by dirty data ecosystems, multiple siloed legacy tools, large GTM teams, static ICPs and poorly defined segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development: Define and implement enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Technical Design: Design end-to-end solutions leveraging modern technologies in Cloud platforms such as Distributed streaming e.g.Kafka, Microservices architecture Kubernetes.
  • Technology Evaluation & Proof of Concept (PoC): Evaluate new technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the technology landscape.
  • Architecture Blueprints: Create high-level architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and reference architectures for stakeholders and to the engineering team to execute.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Architecture & Software Design:
    • Proven experience in designing scalable, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
    • Experience in developing architecture diagrams and technical documentation using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Core Technologies:
    • Expertise in both cloud-native as well as cloud-agnostic architecture and deployment in AWS/Azure/GCP.
    • Proficiency in enterprise-scale solutions including Kafka, Java backend, Kubernetes, Redis and Cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Strong understanding of enterprise security practices, identity & access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
