We are seeking a seasoned Functional Architect to lead the implementation of our Ivalua solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and architecting the solution to meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the Ivalua solution to meet business requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional designs
  • Configure, test, and support vendor management changes within the Ivalua system
  • Support UAT activities for evolutive/rollout activities
  • Mentor junior functional consultants in complex issue resolution
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience with Ivalua Platform Knowledge & Service Management Expertise with 5+ years
  • Deep functional expertise and solution design of the Ivalua platform and its various modules
  • L3 certification in Ivalua S2C (preferred) or P2P
  • Change Management Strategy & Framework
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Process Improvement & Business Readiness
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
