About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Support Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who love motivating people and are customer-centric.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new candidates and acquainting them with program elements
  • Understanding candidate expectations and mentoring them to achieve their goals
  • Keeping candidates updated about the latest program developments via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyzing performance and proposing interventions to improve lagging metrics
  • Maintaining a database of candidate interactions and growth
  • Providing regular feedback and motivation to support candidate success
  • Preparing candidates for placement activities to maximize offers
  • Serving as the eyes and ear for the program team, ensuring seamless communication and iterative improvement
  • Managing day-to-day queries from learners and meeting SLA's

Key skills required include excellent written and spoken communication skills, high customer-centricity, good problem-solving skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
