As a Workday Finance Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their goals. You will be responsible for performing Workday configurations using varied skillsets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing recommendations to articulate business problems and influence stakeholders
  • Working with diverse people, adapting your communication style to meet the needs of each client
  • Obtaining product certification to guide client financial teams
  • Using product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve their goals
  • Collaborating and working with teams from different geographies
  • Delivering a defined scope of work, identifying risks and issues, and planning workload
  • Communicating regularly with the project manager about configuration changes, schedule, and status
  • Assisting peers by reviewing their deliverables
  • Executing unit test cases to verify changes done as part of the requirements
  • Debugging and resolving any issues encountered during testing
  • Documenting changes precisely for the benefit of the customer
  • Adhering to the project and support processes as defined by the project manager
  • Helping clients grow their knowledge and skills to manage their own solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's degree in related areas is an advantage
  • Certified in Workday platform is preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Be adaptable and flexible, working extended hours to meet deadlines should not be a concern
  • Learning agility to pick up and work on new domains as required by the business
  • Understand the software process lifecycle
