As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating ICT risks across the organization. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the effective implementation of our control framework and promoting awareness on ICT risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and follow up on exceptions to the global normative framework for ICT risk management.
  • Support the control on ICT outsourcing risk management through opinions on risk assessments of ICT arrangements, exit strategies, notifications to authorities, and data collection.
  • Perform second-level controls (L2Cs) and analyses to ensure the appropriate design and effectiveness of the ICT control framework implemented by 1LoD.
  • Follow up on actions raised by RISK ORM teams for ICT, recommendations from internal audit, and supervisory and regulatory bodies.
  • Review ICT incidents collection, reporting, and management processes and their follow-through during such incidents.
  • Monitor and challenge ICT indicators related to risk appetite of the organization.
  • Contribute to opinions on change the bank activities for ICT, including ITVCs, Proof of Concepts, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Assets projects, and CSSI committees.
  • Produce reports, meeting decks, and other deliverables related to the above points.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ICT audit, ICT risk management, or ICT continuity.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Information Security, Business, or Risk Management (or equivalent professional qualification).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in a 2LoD, Risk function, operations, or an ICT Audit role.
  • Excellent analytical and listening skills.
  • Ability to cooperate and work well with others, adopting an approachable style.
  • Capacity to see the customer perspective, balancing costs and benefits.
  • Demonstrating a calm professional approach, delivering within time constraints.
  • Adapting personal approach to suit situations, individuals, groups, and cultures.
  • Accountability for actions, open communication when things go wrong, and celebrating successes.
  • High level of commitment and self-motivation, combined with enthusiasm and genuine interest in Risk Assessment.
  • Clear expression of views, both orally and in writing, avoiding technical jargon.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to operating in risk management programs in global organizations, with robust knowledge of technology, risks, architectures, and related tools. Prior ICT continuity or ICT risk management experience is essential, along with familiarity with the Financial Services industry. Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools is preferred.
