Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary engineering leader to join our team in Bangalore.

  • Lead the development of new products and scale existing ones for the Indian market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience across platforms and products.

In this role, you will oversee the performance and career growth of a large team of engineers and managers, own key aspects of our products that require design, architecture, and coding.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the performance and career development of a large team of engineers and managers.
  2. Contribute to the development of a long-term technology strategy.
  3. Act as a mentor and coach for engineers and managers.
  4. Work with peers across teams to leverage a shared technical stack.
  5. Manage teams to scale distributed applications, make architectural trade-offs, review code, and deliver high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of relevant engineering work experience and 4+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
  • 5+ years software design, coding experience in Java, C++.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of management experience in building small to medium-sized teams.
  • 5+ years of experience in building and working with production-grade systems.
