Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business leads through direct client engagement, field visits, and market activities.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses with clients to understand their financial objectives and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
- Effectively communicate policy details, benefits, and premium options to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing significantly to the company's overall business growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing and customer service.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives to drive business growth and improve brand reputation.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM or reporting formats.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance sales, financial products, or similar sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, customer needs, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to travel extensively for field visits and customer meetings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting tools or CRM systems.
