Network Security and Voice Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Security and Voice Engineer to join our team.

As a critical member of our IT Services team, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between enterprise voice collaboration systems and network firewall security.

Your primary responsibilities will include administering and supporting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center.

You will also be responsible for managing voice recording platforms, overseeing certificate lifecycle management, and monitoring performance using LogicMonitor, WhatsUp Gold, SolarWinds, or similar tools.

In addition, you will configure and administer firewalls, implement firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and ACLs to secure enterprise networks, and troubleshoot issues across both voice and security domains to maintain uptime and compliance.

To succeed in this role, you will need 10+ years of combined experience in Voice/UC engineering and Firewall administration, strong hands-on knowledge of CUCM, Webex, SIP trunks, and voice integration, expertise in Cisco ASA/FTD and Fortinet FortiGate, experience managing certificates, PKI, and secure communications, familiarity with monitoring tools like WhatsUp Gold, LogicMonitor, or SolarWinds, and relevant certifications (CCNP Collaboration, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE, PCNSE) are highly preferred.
