The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX design, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to think creatively. Responsibilities include:
- Defining and improving the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of Knovator's Product.
- Creating deliverables such as wireframes, mockups, prototypes, flows, and more to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborating with UX researchers and product managers to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Designing features that align with the overall experience and flows, ensuring seamless user journeys.
- Working with product managers and engineers to refine existing experiences and iterate on new ones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in product design or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user interface (UI) design and user experience (UX) design work.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of prototyping and responsive design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in designing for healthcare and recruitment products.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
