**Job Title:** Data Analyst


The role of a Data Analyst is crucial in driving the development of analytics-driven fraud detection solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing analytical workflows using SQL, Python, PySpark, and Hadoop.


To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent data analysis skills, experience with data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation from multiple data sources, and a strong background in data analysis, fraud analytics, or financial analytics.


You will also have the opportunity to work closely with fraud analytics and operations teams to strengthen frameworks for card transactions and account opening domains, drive continuous improvements in data pipelines, tools, and reporting mechanisms, and document processes ensuring data integrity and compliance.


This role requires 4-6 years' experience in data analytics roles, proven expertise in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Hadoop/Oracle, and experience in Tableau dashboards & storytelling with data.


We are looking for someone with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills who can effectively collaborate with the team to achieve our goals.
