Key Responsibilities

Integration Development & API Design

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality integration solutions using best practices.
  • Implement API-led connectivity to ensure efficient, secure, and scalable API design.
  • Develop and support real-time, event-driven, and batch-based integrations.
  • Work with APIs optimizing performance and security.

Third-Level Support & Troubleshooting

  • Act as an escalation point for complex integration issues, performing in-depth root cause analysis and resolution working collaboratively with other internal IT teams and vendors.
  • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for proactive issue identification.
  • Optimize integration processes for high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.

Documentation & Best Practices

  • Develop and maintain top-notch documentation, including technical designs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Define and promote standards for API development, error handling, and integration architecture.
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance on integration patterns and frameworks.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions.
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation, ensuring efficient deployment of integration solutions.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in integration and API management.
  • Assist the Integration Lead in creating awareness and educating other business teams consuming integrations on integration and API best practices.
