We're seeking a skilled growth marketer to join our team and work on HSV Digital's marketing and growth initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving our content strategy, managing our website and social media presence, owning our SEO growth, and building effective lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing: Develop a content strategy and execute it to establish thought leadership. Create compelling case studies, blog posts, infographics, and social media content that showcases our agency's expertise and success stories.
  • Website & Digital Presence: Take ownership of our website and social media presence, ensuring brand consistency that speaks to our target audience and expresses our value clearly.
  • SEO & Search Growth: Own our organic search strategy and visibility. Work with internal experts to create and optimize content that ranks, drives traffic, and generates quality leads. Implement technical SEO best practices and monitor performance metrics.
  • Demand Generation: Drive email marketing campaigns and nurture workflows to engage prospects. Track and manage SEO, respond to inbound interest, increase our top-of-funnel while building automated sequences that convert.
  • Event Marketing: Own and drive our presence in global events across key markets, increasing our brand awareness amidst our target audience, building collaterals and marketing materials that generate leads.

Requirements & Background

  • 2-4 years of B2B marketing experience; agency-focused marketing experience is a plus.
  • Collaborative and empathic; willing to work with and learn from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ownership-driven self-starter; someone who can take charge of projects and run with them independently while keeping the team updated.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools including: SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow), data profiling tools (Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, Snov.io), and email automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Smartlead).
