We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement and maintain our Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contact center operations and experience in designing and implementing contact center infrastructure.

  • Design and engineering functions: Establish standards and blueprints, support development and implementation activities.\
  • Operations and maintenance: Manage operational run, enhancements, and platform changes.\
  • Supplier management: Monitor and manage delivery of services provided by suppliers.\
  • Internal IT stakeholder engagement: Support integrations, governance processes, and architecture/design.\

  3. Operations and Maintenance: Oversee operational performance, enhancements, and platform changes to ensure optimal functionality.\
  4. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to deliver services that meet business requirements.\
  5. Internal IT Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to support integrations, governance processes, and architecture/design.\

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.\
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.\
