We're seeking a Data Scientist who can work at the intersection of data, machine learning, and product development. This role involves experimentation, turning complex data into actionable insights, and seeing models power real-world applications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and experimenting with machine learning models and data-driven features
  • Collections, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data to uncover valuable insights
  • Working closely with engineers to productionize models using MLOps practices
  • Designing experiments, defining success metrics, and continuously improving model performance
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure data and AI capabilities support real-world use cases

Our ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer, preferably in a startup or product environment. Strong programming skills in Python are essential, along with comfort working with popular libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:

  • Experience with data pipelines and storage (SQL, NoSQL, or vector databases)
  • Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and generative AI techniques
  • Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience working in early-stage startups or venture building environments
