Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of email security solutions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their security needs, design appropriate configurations, and ensure successful implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Maintain documentation and support handover materials for clients.
- Participate in training programs and certifications to gain expertise in email security.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions.
- Prior experience with any of the following tools: Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email (IronPort), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Symantec/Broadcom, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet, etc.
- Understanding of email protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments.
