Job Overview

As a Data Management Intern, you will play a pivotal role in helping us build a scalable Identity Governance and Administration solution. You will be working closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to create a customer-centric product and robust product operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify new opportunities for growth and scope out product requirements.
  • Work on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  • Support the build of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that elevate customer experience.
  • Analyse product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in product development work, market research, and opportunity mapping.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working with Agile Scrum framework.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, in-person internship. The ideal candidate should be available for a 6-month internship working out of our office in Whitefield, Bangalore.
