Description:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of a Lead Power Platform Developer. This position involves leveraging expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform suite to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline business processes and enhance user experience.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions that meet their needs.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications to enhance functionality.
  • Ensure developed solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure to minimize risks.
  • Provide technical support and training to users to maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform to continuously improve our offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and design technology solutions to address them.
  • Experience working with Azure AI services and Python data analytics skills is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
