At TELEMERGE IT SERVICES PVT. LTD, we are looking for a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and managing accounts in a corporate or professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Coordinate and oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations by preparing and filing returns and documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile petty cash accounts.
- Work closely with senior accountants and the finance manager to optimize accounting processes and enhance financial reporting.
- Provide periodic financial analysis and assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in Commerce or related field.
- Certification: IPCC passed (CA Inter/Intermediate).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and managing accounts in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax-related processes.
