**Job Overview:**

At TELEMERGE IT SERVICES PVT. LTD, we are looking for a seasoned Financial Operations Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and managing accounts in a corporate or professional services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Coordinate and oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations by preparing and filing returns and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support during audits.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and reconcile petty cash accounts.
  • Work closely with senior accountants and the finance manager to optimize accounting processes and enhance financial reporting.
  • Provide periodic financial analysis and assist in forecasting and budgeting processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in Commerce or related field.
  • Certification: IPCC passed (CA Inter/Intermediate).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and managing accounts in a corporate or professional services environment.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
    • Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
    • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other tax-related processes.
