Secure Network Specialist

The Network Security Architect has a global responsibility to enable the Pre-Sales and Sales community of different regional HUBs to understand technical market requirements for wired telecommunication networks and ensure customer interaction in line with global solution product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Adapting HVDC Cyber security for SCADA, HMI, developing architecture and functional descriptions for Functions and Solutions for future HVDC in cyber security technologies.
- Preparing, performing test case scenarios, participating in FST, supporting projects in resolving issues related to Cyber security Functions and coordinating with different stakeholders across business units to optimize Cyber security solutions in HVDC.
- Designing, developing a secured network architecture for SCADA system with advanced cyber security features, evaluating and strengthening the security of any connections to the SCADA network.
- Maintaining the test environment with updated software and hardware for current and future use, backup and Image handling on servers and workstations and patch management.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines, living core values of safety and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT with minimum knowledge in networking and protections.
- 6-10 years of experience in networking, security and Anti-Virus.
- BASIC knowledge on IEEE and IEC standards.
- Knowledge and experience in MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Self-starter caliber who can own tasks through to completion, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
