SAP REFX Expert

We are seeking a seasoned SAP REFX specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their expertise and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4 and extensive experience with the RE-FX module, including Fiori.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct as-is and to-be analysis for real estate harmonization initiatives, covering master data handling, contacts, invoicing, and steering models.
  • Develop solutions to implement and harmonize finance and IT's real estate processes across different regions, identifying benefits and quantifying them within the new solution.
  • Establish requirements and steering models for RE during 2025 and develop solutions during 2026.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP RE-FX.
  • Expertise in working with the RE-FX module in SAP S/4 and a deep understanding of SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX in S/4, including Fiori.
  • Able to define and provide recommendations for future RE solution architecture in SAP S/4.
  • Experienced in contributing to activities such as RE-FX system configuration, fit-gap analysis, documentation, testing, training, go-live, and knowledge sharing.
  • Knowledge of cost controlling in the RE-FX module in SAP and understanding of SAP FI-CO.
  • Familiarity with IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations and its implementation within SAP RE-FX.
