We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a results-driven social media content strategy aligned with the company's brand and business goals.

The successful candidate will create original, engaging content for various platforms, including posts, reels, stories, and short videos. They will stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, best practices, and lead generation strategies.

Key responsibilities include designing visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software. They will write compelling captions and platform-specific copy to maximize engagement and conversion.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage content calendars and post schedules to maintain consistency across channels. They will monitor trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates to adapt content strategy accordingly.

Responsibilities also include handling full community management, including replying to messages, engaging with followers, and growing brand visibility.

Additionally, they will plan and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads), monitor budgets, and track ROI.

The ideal candidate will drive lead generation and conversion through strategic content and CTA optimization. They will track and report performance metrics using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics).

Requirements include optimizing content and profile performance for SEO and search visibility. They will continuously work to increase followers, boost customer engagement, lead generation, and enhance online reputation.

The successful candidate will work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms and campaigns, submitting monthly reports and content calendars to management.
