Cloud Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Manager to lead and optimize the day-to-day operations of our cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Cloud Operations Manager will oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure to adhere to best practices and security standards.
  • The ideal candidate will manage and resolve cloud & on-prem-related incidents to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.
  • They will monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and cost optimization to implement proactive measures to address any issues or inefficiencies.
  • The Cloud Operations Manager will define, track, and report CloudOps performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills are required to translate metrics into business insights.
  • The role requires a strong leader who can mentor and develop a team of cloud operations professionals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of cloud operations and automation experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience in a 24/7 mission-critical cloud environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams with strong people management, coaching, and performance development skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Provider.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs.
  • Strong leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
