Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end data architecture solutions leveraging Snowflake and Matillion for data ingestion, transformation, and storage. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable and secure data architectures using Snowflake and Matillion.
  • Data Modeling: Define and maintain data modeling standards, data flows, and architecture best practices.
  • Tool Evaluation: Lead the evaluation and adoption of tools in the modern data stack to ensure scalability and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and create robust data pipelines.
  • Security: Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with regulatory requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Expertise: 5+ years of experience in data engineering/architecture, proven expertise with Snowflake, strong pipeline development experience with Matillion ETL, and proficiency in SQL and scripting (Python or Bash). Additionally, hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) are required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with dbt, Airflow, orchestration tools, knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), familiarity with data governance/data catalog tools (Alation, Collibra, Atlan), and background in ML platforms or real-time pipelines are desired.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication & analytical skills, strong customer-centric mindset, ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments, strong organizational skills with time management discipline, and fluency in English (written & spoken).
