Aceolution is seeking a talented Country Coordinator with strong skills in partner and project management. This role involves working remotely, allowing candidates based in India to apply.

Key responsibilities include:

1. ART & CULTURE Partner Content Coordination

The core mission of the Country Coordinator is to support ART & CULTURE Partners in managing their content on Client Arts & Culture program.

Tasks include:

● Providing individual access to the Content Management System for each partner.

● Ensuring profiles are correctly set up for autonomous collection management on Client Arts & Culture via the Dashboard and available Help articles.

● Answering questions and guiding ART & CULTURE Partners through the standard partner lifecycle.

● The ingestion phase: uploading collections (images, audio, 3D models) and related metadata following platform requirements.

● The curation phase: creating online stories using the editorial best practices and guidelines.

● The publication phase: presenting publication, embed, and content amplification options.

● Troubleshooting issues preventing ART & CULTURE Partners from using the platform.

2. Partner Content Amplification

The second mission is to support ART & CULTURE Partners in amplifying their content visibility.

Tasks include:

● Conducting content audits and writing content overviews or documentation needed for editorial purposes.

● Supporting the organization and logistics of physical events for content promotion.

● Driving projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks and resolving issues.

3. Prospects Coordination

The third mission is to grow the number of ART & CULTURE Partners and related content via new Prospects.

Tasks include:

● Presenting Client Arts & Culture offer to prospects interested in becoming a ART & CULTURE Partners.

● Executing tasks related to Prospect Management service, including processing incoming requests and conducting outreach to new prospects.
