**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned Risk Strategy Director to lead our thought leadership development and drive strategic insights.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop a comprehensive risk management strategy, aligning initiatives with business objectives and market trends.

  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, webinars, and client roundtables to showcase risk capabilities and drive meaningful dialogue.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

**Core Strategy & Experience Requirements**

  • 12+ years of strategy development and execution experience in top-tier management consulting firms or equivalent roles.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) from a top-tier institution with strong analytical foundation.
  • Deep experience in financial services required, with payments industry experience advantageous but not essential.

**Leadership & Execution Capabilities**

  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive implementation without supervision.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable outcomes in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong ownership mindset who thrives in ambiguous situations.

  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into compelling storylines and strategic narratives.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Strong capability in developing thought leadership materials, strategic frameworks, and executive-level presentations.
