Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data quality, validation, and automation, as well as strong knowledge of software engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate testing for data pipelines and ETL workflows.
  • Validate data models, transformations, and aggregations for accuracy.
  • Build reconciliation tests between source systems and databases.
  • Test and verify dashboards, reports, and analytics.
  • Ensure metrics and KPIs align with data definitions.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks, integrating into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate across teams to define strategies, plan sprints, and track data quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Experience as a Test Engineer with hands-on automation using C#, Playwright, and MSTest.
  • Practical experience with database management (SQL queries, schema validation).
  • Exposure to reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) for report validation and testing.
  • Strong knowledge of Page Object Model (POM) for UI automation and controller-based design for API testing.
  • Experience embedding test automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
  • Comfortable with test reporting, analyzing data quality metrics, and driving QA improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience working in collaborative Agile teams.
