Job Title

As a seasoned operations expert, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our consulting and operations functions. This is a foundational leadership position where you'll lead teams, advise clients, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead consultant across various service lines: compliance, exports, subsidy management, and corporate consulting.
  • Provide expert advisory to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in a consulting firm, accounting office, or export/compliance industry.
  • Knowledge Areas: exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, international trade consulting, and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Strong skills in operations, leadership, and communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Enthusiastic leader who is hungry for growth, detail-oriented, and passionate about building consulting excellence.
