Data Modelling Specialist

Data analysts play a pivotal role in empowering organizations to make informed, data-driven decisions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data models that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce robust data models that ensure seamless integration across all deliverables
- Reverse engineer business legacy data models to identify opportunities for improvement
- Effectively communicate technical data integration requirements, designs, and decisions to IT and Business stakeholders through clear documentation and verbal presentations
- Prioritize and implement initiatives to reduce data redundancy, promote consolidation, and facilitate transformation among Business and IT members
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field with a strong foundation in data modeling and database design
- Demonstrate 4+ years of experience in data modeling, database design, and data architecture, with a focus on Banking Domain expertise
- Proven proficiency in utilizing Data Lineage / Modeling tools (ER Studio), Informatica toolsets including Data Archive, EDC, Oracle database, and Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Microsoft PowerBI
