Job Title: Process Design Engineer

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and ambitious Process Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the process design group, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing flow chemistry and batch processes for scale-up and commercial manufacturing.

  • Develop process designs that meet or exceed customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust process design and successful project delivery.
  • Evaluate new technologies and propose innovative solutions for continuous manufacturing & flow chemistry applications.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in process design engineering within the pharmaceutical/chemical industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in flow chemistry and batch process design.
  • Strong knowledge of process design tools and calculations (heat/mass transfer, reaction engineering, hydraulics).
