Senior 3D Artist - Visual Identity Specialist

As a Senior 3D Look Development Artist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of large-scale projects. Your responsibilities will include developing and refining high-quality materials, shaders, textures, and environments to achieve photorealistic and cinematic results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visual Identity Development: Define and implement look development standards across large-scale environments, ensuring optimised asset workflows.
  • Collaboration and Consistency: Work closely with FX, animation, and other teams to maintain consistency and quality across productions.
  • Scene Optimisation: Troubleshoot and optimise scenes for performance in both offline and real-time rendering pipelines.
  • Quality and Detail: Ensure the highest level of detail and artistic quality, maintaining alignment with the project's creative vision.
Qualifications:
  • 6-7 years of professional experience in look development, shading, set building, and rendering.
  • Expertise in V-Ray, Octane, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine 5+ (with strong understanding of path tracing and optimisation).
  • Strong eye for composition, color theory, and aesthetics with proven ability to achieve photoreal output.
  • Proficient in DCC tools such as Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, Maya, and Substance.
