Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Platform Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies that drive business growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Design and develop custom content calendars to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future strategy and optimize results.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continually improve our social media presence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and IT teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and offer technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of dedicated experience working with social media platforms and developing strategic content.
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results through social media initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform future strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Possess relevant certifications (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
