Supply Chain Expert

This position is responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. The Procurement Manager will play a key role in identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving supplier relationships.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in procurement or a related field. They will be able to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost savings and improve efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure best prices and terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
