Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and tax returns for clients.
- Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in public accounting with 5-7+ years of service and at least 3 years in a senior or supervisor role.
- Audit expertise with certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Outstanding communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx Engagement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Engagement Management:
- Plan and execute audits, prepare work papers, and lead engagements from start to completion.
- Tax Return Preparation:
- Input client tax data into software for accurate return preparation.
- Financial Statement and Tax Return Delivery:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality financial statements and tax returns to clients.
- Client Liaison:
- Develop strong relationships with clients, communicating effectively to ensure successful engagement outcomes.
