About Leap Wallet

We are a leading non-custodial multi-chain wallet with over 1 million installs across our extension, mobile and web products.

Our products include MetaMask Snap for Cosmos, Compass Wallet for Sei, and Elements SDK. We have established strong product-market fit across multiple verticals.

We are now building a new 0-1 stablecoin payments initiative. Stablecoins are one of the fastest growing categories in crypto, with clear product market fit in payments and cross-border use cases.

As Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with the founder on high-priority initiatives that define our next phase of growth. This role is part strategy, part execution, and part force-multiplier.

Your first project will be to run experiments across APAC markets for our new stablecoin initiative, and help shape early PMF. Over time, you'll take on other strategic projects spanning fundraising, partnerships, and new product bets.

You will act as the founder's right hand on critical strategic and operational projects, including running growth experiments, owning cross-functional projects, supporting investor relations, and translating strategic priorities into measurable plans.

We are looking for a strong generalist with bias to action who thrives in ambiguity. You should have ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, natural communication skills, and relationship-building abilities.

This role requires 3–6 years of experience in consulting, venture, or startup strategy/ops roles, preferably with exposure to fintech/crypto but not mandatory.

Requirements:
