As a Software Migration Specialist, you will work with a team of professionals to deliver data migration and ingestion from legacy ERP solutions to SAP. You will be responsible for providing data migration solutions for various applications and collaborating with the data migration and integration development and support team, as well as IT partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for data migration from legacy ERP to SAP, working with application stakeholders for timely project/integration delivery.
  • Assist in analyzing data mapping according to business domain.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams for capacity planning/performance optimization.
  • Provide proactive and appropriate communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively analyze and optimize data integrations and data migration pipeline performance.
  • Participate in recurring and ad-hoc meetings related to analysis and build activities between Hyderabad and US teams.
  • Provide non-business hours, weekend, on-call support on a rotational basis for production releases.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP data migration domain.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP data migration from different ERP applications using SAP tools listed below.
