Product Operations Executive

Overview

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of product operations, coordinating cross-functional activities, and supporting day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all product-related project needs, meeting deadlines and schedules.
  • Coordinate strategic projects by collaborating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and delivering results.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including product plans, status reports, and operational records.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with internal standards and requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and support.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with project and product management tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
