This role focuses on designing, planning, and executing vocational training programs that enhance skill development and add value to the organization's goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical and vocational education programs and experience in managing similar projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and plan comprehensive training programs for the Skillability Center.
  • Create or review detailed training manuals to support effective delivery of the programs.
  • Design and implement work plans for vocational training activities, ensuring quality and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly assessments to track students' skill development and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with vocational institutions to provide additional training for students and develop a toolkit to match students with relevant skilling programs based on their abilities and goals.
  • Regularly review and improve training programs to maintain quality standards.
  • Lead the training and development of teachers and instructors, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Prepare reports and documentation, including monthly project updates and donor reports, highlighting program achievements and impact.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Vocational Education, Training Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing vocational training or similar projects, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong background in technical and vocational education programs, with excellent knowledge of project planning and implementation skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with leadership ability to motivate teams and drive results.
